- Full progressive personalised fitness programme. Your programme develops as you move towards your goals. Each workout is designed to challenge you and get the best from body and mind.
- All programming and nutrition available on a personalised (free) app! Our app allows us to track your progress in real time. You'll be able to access all of your workouts and see demonstration videos for each exercise.
- All weekly workouts created and scheduled. All you have to do is log into the app and your weekly workouts are there waiting for you.
- Ongoing support and guidance. We are in this together. Every step of the way we will be right by your side. With a direct line to your trainer, you will able to ask questions or advice any time throughout the week.
- Weekly progress check-ins. Our weekly check-ins allow us to monitor your progress and you to monitor ours. It's a chance for us to discuss how effective your personalised programme has been and what changes we need to implement for the following week.
- Suggested nutrition plans. Whether you need a set nutrition plan or just some someone to point you in the right direction, we are here to take care of it.
£95 a month
We offer 10% off of all pay-as-you-go services to our clients on a monthly fitness coaching plan. These can be added at any time though the month. This includes online and in person one-to-one PT sessions.
