Pay As You Go
If you are interested in pay as you go personal training sessions, you can purchase a single session at a time or in bundles.
Discounts apply for pre-paid sessions of 5 or more.
Sessions can be conducted online or in person (if you live in London).
We offer a variety of monthly memberships
Your monthly membership gives you access to a specifically a designed personal programme. You'll be able to track and monitor your progress by using an app shared with your personal fitness coach. You'll receive guidance and motivation throughout the month and have one to one progress check-ins weekly.
A nutritional plan can be put place to help you achieve your goals and your programme will be evaluated and moderated in line with your goals as you progress. Memberships also give you access to one-to-one training sessions online or in person ( London only).
We host group sessions on a weekly basis. Group sessions can be purchased as a single session or on a monthly basis. Please get in touch to find out more!
